Option three

  • The meal plan is adjusted on an as needed basis according to your progress while contingent upon your goals.   

 

  • The supplement list is adjusted on an as needed basis according to your progress while contingent upon your goals.   

      

  • The training regimen is adjusted on an as needed basis according to your progress and contingent upon your goals.   

   

  • You are still held accountable with daily food journals.   The majority of communication between Coach Huerta and his client at this stage is done mostly through these food journals.  The foundation to your mind set is established in Option One.  Going forward we focus on consistency, habit forming and more discipline.

  • Texting is off limits unless it is an emergency.  

​

  • Phone calls or any type of virtual calls must be scheduled through Coach Huerta via email. 

​

  • Scale weight is still turned in weekly.   

 

  • Progress photos are taken upon completion of your extended 30 days unless Coach Huerta requests them sooner.  

​

  • Upon completion of your extended 30 days, Coach Huerta will give you a final review and recommendations for the future.  This is also contingent upon your goals. 

​

  • Coach Huerta's objective after your extended time with him is for you to have a better understanding of your body.  He will do his best to keep you motivated so that you notice enough progress to continue on your own. 

​

  • Upon completion of this extended plan, you can renew as many times as you please just as long as Coach Huerta has availability. 

​
